Web QA is not text revision. It is a quality control applied to your digital content as it appears on screen, in real browsing conditions. Our professionals go through your website, application, or platform page by page, exactly as a user would, with an eye trained to spot anomalies.

Access and scoping

Access to the site or test environment is set up, and the copy deck is provided as needed. We define which pages need to be checked, the languages involved, and what needs to be validated.

Browsing and verification

The site is gone through page by page, as a user would. The content is checked as it appears on screen, watching for language, alignment between versions, and display issues.

Bug report

Issues are logged in a bug report with precise details, such as the URL of the page, the page or section of the error, and the problematic element involved. Each annotation is described clearly, with screenshots and one or more suggested fixes.

Delivery and follow-up

The bug report is sent once the verification is complete. It presents all the issues found (whether language errors, layout issues, broken links, or any other interactive element), their location, and the fixes to apply.
